Digital Products
WindowsTraySync is a digital software product delivered electronically.
Once the download has started or a license key has been issued, the product
is considered delivered.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally excluded after
successful delivery, in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
If you experience technical issues that prevent the software from functioning
as described, please contact support before requesting a refund. We will make
reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Exceptions
A refund may be granted in exceptional cases, such as:
- The software is technically unusable on supported systems
- A duplicate purchase was made by mistake
